Note that: the NewMoscowTaxi staff are trained to assist in public events. Our company was honoured to service transfers for the 56th mass media congress 'Moscow 2006' and the international conference 'Europe Against Counterfeit Drugs'.

Basic rates

Taxi dispatch and pick-up service is free of charge within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD).

Day rate (7am to 9pm). 300 RUR flat fare covers first 20 mins, then 7 RUR/min
Night rate (9pm to 7am). 350 RUR flat fare covers first 20 mins, then 8 RUR/min.
In addition, a fare for distance is charged. 10 RUR/km within MKAD. 15 RUR/km outside MKAD.

Airport and train station transfer rates

Airport. 950 RUR/hour + 200 RUR (holding a sign with the client's name in arrival area).
Waiting at an airport. First 15 minutes free, then 8 RUR/min.
Transfer to a train station. 580 RUR flat fare covers first hour, then 8 RUR/min.
Transfer from a train station. 580 RUR flat fare covers first hour, then 8 RUR/min + 150 RUR
(holding a sign with the client's name in arrival area).

A parking fee is only applicable provided there is a receipt proving it.

VIP cars (rates effective 24 hours a day)

Hyundai Sonata
Basic rate. 600 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 9 RUR/min (round-off in 15 min increments).
Transfer to a train station. 700 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 9 RUR/min.
Transfer to an airport. 1200 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 9 RUR/min.

Hyundai NF
Basic rate. 850 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 15 RUR/min (round-off in 15 min increments).
Transfer to a train station. 850 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 450 RUR each 30 mins
Transfer to an airport. 1500 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 750 RUR each 30 mins.

Fare by distance is charged when driving on MKAD or outside it (please see 'Intercity trips').

Minivans and minibuses

Volkswagen Sharan
Basic rate. 950 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 450 RUR each 30 mins.
Transfer to a train station. 950 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 450 RUR each 30 mins.
Transfer to an airport. 1500 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 10 RUR/min.

Hyundai H-1
Basic rate. 850 RUR (pick-up) + 850 RUR/hour (round-off in 1 hour increments). Minimum order: 3 hours.
Transfer to a train station. 1500 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 750 RUR each 30 mins.
Transfer to an airport. 2500 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 750 RUR each 30 mins.

A 10% discount applies to hires for 5 hours and longer.

Intercity trips

Transportation from outside the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD). 50 RUR flat fare covers first 10 km, then 10 RUR/km (count begins from MKAD).
Transportation to areas outside MKAD. Basic rate by time + 15 RUR/km (up to 50 km from MKAD)/20 RUR/km (over 50 km from MKAD).
A surcharge of 10 RUR/km is applied to driving the Moscow Ring Road itself. The driver is responsible for notifying the passenger of this charge in advance.

Special fees

1. Transportation of bulky baggage in passenger compartment (if it does not fit into the baggage compartment). 50 RUR apiece.
2. Transportation of animals. 150 RUR + fare by time. Passengers are responsible for providing protecting cloth, carrier box, muzzle or similar means.
3. Handling of baggage by the driver (at the passenger's request). 100 RUR. This fee is subject to prior notification by the driver and can only be applied once during the trip.
4. Soiling the taxi. The passenger is charged for the cost of cleaning by an appropriate service provider.
5. Delivery of mail, light packages, and small cargo. Within MKAD: basic rate + 150 RUR. Outside MKAD: basic rate + 150 RUR + 15 RUR/km.
6. "Sober driver". 1600 RUR flat fare covers 1 hour, then 800 RUR each 30 mins within MKAD; 15 RUR/km + basic rate on MKAD, and basic rate + 30 RUR/km outside MKAD. A 300 RUR fee is added to cover the driver's return trip.
7. In case the trip is cancelled by the passenger before the car arrives to pick him or her up, a charge of 300 RUR is applicable.

Transportation and handling of cargo

Tent top truck ('Gazel') 1000 RUR flat fare covers 2 hours of service, then 300 RUR each 30 mins + 200 RUR (cost of pass to enter city centre).

Service by passenger/cargo vehicles1200 RUR flat fare covers 2 hours of service, then 300 RUR each 30 mins + 200 RUR (cost of pass to enter city centre) + 20 RUR/km within MKAD or 25 RUR/km outside MKAD.

Removal trucks 1300 RUR flat fare covers 2 hours of service, then 300 RUR each 30 mins + 200 RUR (cost of pass to enter city centre). 20 RUR/km within MKAD or 25 RUR/km outside MKAD.

Handling services 250 RUR flat fee covers 2 hours or service by one handler, then 100 RUR/hour. For more precise cost information please contact our operator.
